ABOUT
I’m a private chef based in Amsterdam, working across the Netherlands and Europe. I am working with busy households and expats who want fresh, balanced food without the time and effort of cooking. My work is focused on creating a reliable, structured food system at home.
MY APPROACH
My cooking is centred around seasonality, strong ingredients and professional simplicity. I believe that when ingredients are fresh and properly handled, they do not need to be hidden behind heavy sauces or unnecessary complexity. I use technique with precision so that each product reaches its full potential, while the food remains light, balanced and easy to eat regularly. The result is food that feels both nourishing and satisfying, suitable for everyday life, not just special occasions.
HOW I WORK
My role goes beyond cooking. I design and manage a structured home food system that supports modern life:

BACKGROUND
I am primarily inspired by Mediterranean food culture, where cooking is deeply connected to locality, freshness and seasonality. Growing up in Eastern Europe also shaped my approach and gave me a strong appreciation for honest, comforting home-style food. This allows me to move naturally between refined everyday cooking and dishes that feel familiar and grounding. I also draw on French culinary techniques and presentation, supported by my training at Le Cordon Bleu. In addition, my background in nutrition allows me to create meals that are balanced and health-conscious, without sacrificing flavour or enjoyment.
